The Alumni association enables former students to keep in touch with their Alma Mater. The association organizes various activities and takes up ventures for the development of the college. Meetings and gatherings provide them opportunity for reunion. Since the college did not have a registered Alumni Association till 2019-20, individual departments are conducting Alumni Meetings of their own.
In connection with the “Founder’s Days Celebration 2017-18” the college organised a get together of 1982-84 and 1983-85 pre-degree batch students. The chief guest of the programme was Adv. George Mecheril. The programme was a grand success and it was decided in the meeting to conduct similar programmes in the coming years also.
In connection with the College Founder’s Day celebration 2019-20 , an alumni get together of 1984-86, 1985-87 and 1986-88 pre-degree batches have been conducted on 20-11-2019. 132 alumnus where registered and attended the programme. The programme was a grand success. On the recommendation of the participants, the college decided to set up a registered alumni association.
The Alumni Association of the college named, “S.E.S College Alumni Association - SESCAA” has been registered under the Societies Registration Act of 1860 on 1st January 2020. The registration to the society has been initiated through an online registration form. As of now more than 500 alumnis has been registered. The association planned a grand alumni meet during the last summer vacation, but have to drop due to Covid pandemic.
