Any candidate who desires to obtain admission in SES College Sreekandapuram under the Kannur University for the Degree Programme should compulsorily register through online before the closure of registration, irrespective of the Category (General /SEBC/ BPL/ SC/ST/ Community /Management / Candidates from Union Territory of Lakshadweep/Andaman Nicobar Island/ Jammu and Kashmir/Persons With Disabilities/ widows /wards of Armed Forces Person.
Admission Prospectus
The Management seats ( 20 % of seats in each programme) in SES College Sreekandapuram are filled by the Management. The Management Quota candidates should also register through online before the closure of registration date.
i. Two seats in each U.G. Programme will be reserved for candidates with outstanding records in sports and games. The seats will be allotted within the sanctioned strength. If eligible sports persons are not available the seats should be filled from the general merit.
ii. Minimum achievements for UG admission under Sports Quota will be securing a place in the Revenue District Competition
Iii. Achievements in those sports disciplines approved by Association of Indian Universities only will be considered for Sports Quota Admissions.
iv. Priority shall be given while preparing a rank list for those events in which Kannur University conducts inter collegiate competitions.
NOTE: The Sports Quota candidates should also register through online before the closure of registration date. The student should submit a printout of the application (along with copies of sports certificates) to the Principal of the concerned college with a request. The Principal thereafter, with the help of the Physical Education Department of the college will prepare a rank list as per the University norms. The rank list should be published in the college notice board for student’s redressal for a minimum of three days for the final publication of the rank list.
If vacancies arise due to discontinuation of candidates under Sports quota, the next eligible candidate in the Rank List (Sports quota) shall be admitted.
